We seek to guarantee supply of pellets to customers under contract. We also hold a substantial stockholding of pellets, in order to allow for uninterrupted supplies.

What is the delivery charge?

We would calculate this on a site-by-site basis.

How long does it take you to deliver?

We are normally able to supply all orders within five working days.

How long will pellets last?
A.
As long as the pellets are stored in dry conditions, they will last indefinitely.

Do I need a special boiler?

Yes, pellets will require a purpose built boiler or stove.

Can I use a wood burning stove?
A.
This will depend on the stove - we would not usually recommend it.

Is there a minimum order?
A.
Yes, we can supply pellets in bags on pallets, with a minimum order of 1 pallet. For a bulk delivery, we would usually deliver 3-4 tonnes as a minimum drop.

What methods of payment do you accept?
